Exception in Montreal

Came to celebrate my bday. One that I will absolutely never forget. Where to start... dirt cutlery and dishes. Order a quinoa salad we get a not fresh lettuce salad. Poutine was terrible. The gravy didn't taste like gravy. Ravioli tasted like something you can make at home, in your microwave. Service was ok. On top of all that they started charging service. Completely disagree. I should have the right on how much tip I give.

It's nice to find a kosher restaurant that takes exceptional steps to ensure they consistently serve quality food. We had an incredible meal here and loved the atmosphere as well.

For someone who is looking for a kosher restaurant, that includes vegetarian options, good deserts, good atmosphere, good service, and generous portions, this is an excellent choice.

Waited almost 10 minutes for a table when there was clearly free tables, finally got one but were told we had to wait 5 more minutes for cutlery. Staff seemed very disinterested and confused like it was their opening day. Just wanted eggs, but not for $14. Trusted my gut and left.

Taste was alright. A little overpriced.

Fast service, good food.

I ordered a salad and 30 minutes later I got it. The salad didn't taste fresh at all and I found a bug in it. They weren't accommodating about it any place would give you a free meal for the same price as an apology. Another Time I went there I ordered a pizza pie and asked to put away the last two slices. The waitress dropped those slices and did not replace them or even give it to me Cheeper. All in all very slow service, unprofessional and unaccommodating.

Opens at 9am. Came in at 9:10 and it looks like the waitstaff just showed up. The waitress told us it was a 25 min wait for food since nothing was ready. We ordered coffee and waited. After about 20 min the waitress came back and took our order. A couple of things weren't available. We ordered the lox plate and the Shakshuka. Food came fairly quickly, and was decent. The waitstaff was super friendly otherwise and a place I would recommend for breakfast. I hope the management either opens later or is prepared when they say they are open.

Only dairy kosher restaurant in the area. Amazing food with a exceptional attention to detail. Customer service was impeccable. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a amazing meal, let alone one that is kosher. And the desserts (omg!!!!) All made from scratch and inhouse.....Jew and gentile alike would not be disappointed visiting this establishment.( get a milkshake! )

5 star food, exceptional!! Service was 2 to 3 star, I would go again when not in a hurry, and would recommend to anyone not in a hurry.

We had Sunday brunch its was ok food too much salt. poutine was not good cane cold had to send it back to warm up. Greek omelet was good

What happened here. New menu, not as good as the old menu. They also adjusted the prices lower. Probably a good place for breakfast or lunch but I don't recommend anymore for dinner

They don't have a sign for their operation time.When I got to go in the waiter was acting in a way that they want us to leave...so we left and I'm sure we can find better food at McDonald because all their food was on the counter

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My family went there to eat and we had to wait 30 mins. to get a table. Sat down and ordered some food. Waited about an hour. Asked the waiter where our food was and he said that the restaraunt ran out of plates... Got our food an hour later. French onion Soup was beyond disgusting. Pizza was reasonable.

Recently Changed cook (chef) and minimized the menu, leaving out many good meal options. But they are moving soon to Decarie Square (where Ernie's and Ellie's used to be) will re-rate once they move and have their full menu back.

This restaurant definitely knows how to *take* a reservation but they don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.Waited 45 minutes past our reservation time for a table.

VERY SLOW. The food came an hour late . They couldn't even bring juice. It's also overpriced but I knew that before going.

Delicious but pricey

opened late and when they finally came (10 minutes late) I was told that a muffin would take one hour because they just opened the kitchen and have to make them. That's not how you run a restaurant and it's extremely disrespectful to customers. If the breakfast menu starts at nine, everything should be ready to go by then. If that means getting there at eight and prepping then that's what you need to do.

Nice dairy restaurant. Just make sure the cheesecake you order for dessert is dairy cause they specialize in tofu cheesecake and I was fooled. 🤑
